  • I’m having trouble logging into my Membership

    You may be entering your Username and/or Password incorrectly. To retrieve your Username and Password, use the Forgot Password tool. Enter either your username or email address you use for your account and click Submit. Your Username and Password will be emailed to you automatically.


  • The expiration date on my coupon is different than the posted date on the site

    The system will not allow a coupon or pass to be printed with an expiration date that falls AFTER the expiration date of your Membership. Example: If your Membership expires on November 26th, and you print a coupon for an offer that expires on December 31st, then your coupon will reflect an expiration date of November 26th. You will need to renew your Membership to print coupons that will be valid for you beyond your actual Membership expiration date.


  • Can I share my coupon or pass with another golfer?

    According to our Terms and Conditions, you may print additional coupon(s) that can be used by your spouse or immediate family member if they accompany you to merchant. Twosome and Foursome offers only require the coupon or pass holder to be a Member. You may NOT print and disburse coupons to other individuals, friends or co-workers, as ID is required with the use of the coupons and passes. You can refer your friends, neighbors and co-workers to purchase a Membership of their very own and earn cash rewards for your referrals with our “Refer A Friend” Program


  • I don’t see a particular golf course or retailer in the listings that I frequent

    We strive to promote participation by all golf courses, practice facilities, golf retailers and teaching professionals in our service areas. In some cases there may have a delay or some circumstance beyond our control that inhibits the posting of offers from a participating golf course or business. OR it’s just that we may not have made arrangements with that particular course or business as yet to post their specials with us at BGD. Please feel free to contact us if there is a certain facility you would like to see on our site, and we’ll do our best to get their specials posted. Meanwhile, take advantage of some of the other terrific specials we always have available for you—and you may find a new “favorite course”!
